Presenting the all new Martin D-18 Satin, a new satin finish version of their iconic Mahogany Dreadnought.
The D-18 offers understated looks, with timeless tone. The warm tone of mahogany and spruce couple with resonant scalloped bracing under the hood for a sound that's honest, authoritative, and clear.
While their Rosewood cousins the D-28 sometimes get all of the attention, the D-18 is in no way a lesser guitar, and in fact for a lot of players the more even response of Mahogany is a better fit for their playing style.
Vintage details include open-geared tuners and classic 18-style appointments pair with a modern, low profile neck for an old-soul sound.
