"Featuring an exquisite tonewood set with a warm, woody sound, this custom 8-string baritone acoustic-electric boasts a singular musical personality and dusky visual allure. Taylor 8-string baritone models feature a lower B-to-B tuning with a 27-inch scale length that provides normal string tension for a familiar playing experience, while two octave-paired courses for the third and fourth strings add a splash of harmonic sparkle. Back, sides and top of hand-selected figured Tasmanian blackwood yield a focused, fundamental-rich tone that retains exceptional clarity with the deeper baritone tuning. The non-cutaway Grand Auditorium body, braced with a specialized voicing architecture, sports a shaded edgeburst and a full-body gloss finish along with a green abalone rosette, peghead logo and GA-LTD inlays, creating visual harmony with figured Hawaiian koa binding, smoked nickel tuners and dark-stained sycamore pickguard and bone bridge pins. Equipped with an onboard ES2 pickup, this custom baritone model ships in a brown deluxe hardshell case."
