Presenting the new Suhr Standard Legacy 2021 Limited Edition, this one in Caramel with Gotoh 510 Tremolo Bridge.
Arriving this Fall, based on a legendary guitar, the first guitar designed and built by John Suhr for himself in 1984, and later popularized by players including Mark Knopfler, Peter Frampton, Vivian Campbell, and many others. The Suhr Standard Legacy 2021/2022 starts with Suhr's Standard body shape with an African Okoume body, figured Maple Top with scraped binding, a Maple neck, Indian Rosewood fingerboard, with a gloss-black headstock, EMG SA’s in the neck and middle positions, an EMG 85 in the bridge and gold hardware.
The Standard Legacy is available five beautiful finishes: Trans Carmel, Aged Cherry Burst, Black, and new Pelham Blue and Suhr Burst, with either a Recessed Original Floyd Rose Tremolo or the Top Mount Gotoh 510 Tremolo.
The neck is Suhr's Even C Slim, Measuring .800″-.880″ with a 1.650″ nut width, Maple neck with Indian Rosewood fingerboard and a Satin Finish.
The Frets are 22 Heavy Stainless Steel, with 10"-14" compound radius fingerboard for great comfort and playability.
